Every RUNGP setup is customized to your organization’s workflows, integrations, and communication goals.

The setup process typically takes between 3 and 10 days. While our team ensures swift handling on our end, often completing tasks within a couple of days, the duration may extend due to factors such as the timeliness of information provided by users and the authorities' vetting process for A2P 10DLC campaigns.

Your first subscription charge will occur within 24 to 48 hours after paying the setup fee. This period allows us to activate your account and complete the necessary setup processes, including linking your credit card to your wallet for automated payments.

Once the setup process is complete, you will receive an email notification with your credentials to access your account. We will then schedule an onboarding call to provide you with a comprehensive walkthrough of the platform.

RUNGP offers additional Growth Services for organizations that need strategic, technical, or execution support beyond the core platform.
